The above rates are INCLUSIVE of all utilities and sales tax.
The owners reserve the right to amend rates accordingly, however once a Booking has been confirmed the rate will be fixed.
The above rates do not include the cost of gas for pool heating which if required will be charged at an additional cost of £20.00 ($30.00) per day.
There is free high speed internet access and free calls within the USA but for international calls you will require a Phone Card or pay by Credit Card.
