A Security Bond of #150.00 shall be charged to cover damages and breakages  for UK bookings.  For bookings outside the UK the Security Bond will be paid to the  Manager when registering and collecting the keys to the property.
The Security Bond will be returned within 4 weeks of the end of the Holiday  Rental Period provided that Section 4 of the Terms & Conditions is met.
The Deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
The Balance and Security Bond are to be received not later than eight (8)  weeks before the start of the holiday.
